All Cops Ain’t Bad, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to healing relationships between law enforcement and the community through laughter, comedy shows, and community outreach programs, is proud to announce a new emergency funding initiative. This program aims to provide financial assistance to law enforcement officers and victims in need of support due to critical incidents.
The criteria for receiving emergency funds are as follows:
Funding Generation: All Cops Ain’t Bad raises and generates funds through comedy shows, community outreach programs, donations, and grants.
- Referral from an On-Duty Law Enforcement Officer: A referral must come from an on-duty law enforcement officer anywhere in the country, including the officer’s name, badge number, government-issued email address, and department.
- Case Number: A valid case number must be provided, relating to the incident at hand.
- Written Statement from the On-Duty Officer: The on-duty officer must provide a brief written statement explaining the need for emergency funds and specifying the amount being requested.
- Interview with the On-Duty Officer: The on-duty officer may be asked to participate in an interview as part of the process.
- Interview with the Victim: The victim may also be asked to participate in an interview, provided they are comfortable doing so. Interviews will only be conducted if it is safe for all parties involved.
- Disbursement of Funds: Funds will be dispersed via an “All Cops Ain’t Bad” prepaid debit card to ensure timely access to resources for those in need.
Approval of Funding: Funding approval is based on the availability of resources, and we are actively seeking donations to support this initiative.
